Newbie White

I get so excited when I can get a newborn in my "studio". Little Miss White paid a visit but let me tell you she wasn't having any of me. She had one eye on me at all times. I think I might have gotten a few where she blinked and it looked as if she was sleeping peacefully. She was still a doll and I'm looking forward to going through all the images we were able to capture.

Pets-- I Heart Faces

The theme this week over at I heart faces (http://www.iheartfaces.com/) is Pets! You know we all love our pets. Jack has been a part of our family for 8 years now, always stealing I mean eating breakfast, lunch and dinner with us. I took this picture as one of the second to last pictures of my 365 project. I knew this picture summed up a year of our life.

Currie Cousins Take One

Grandma contacted me to take pictures of all her grandkids. Eight to be exact. Thankfully she understands 8 at one time would be a bit chaotic. So we have a plan to do 4 and 4. We did the first 4 while they were in town for Spring Break and we will do the other 4 another day soon. Here is a random sneak peek of the ones I got; the boys really kept me on my toes!

A Day at Jazziak's Dance School

We had a bit of a day at Jazziak's Dance School in Boylston the other day! We started with the little ones and went all the way up to "The Big Girls." My daughter said while looking through the pictures as they downloaded "wow those big girls are talented!" Yes there really is a lot of talent at this dance studio. This is just a random sneak peek of our day!

Bel Scriba Girl Twinseez!

I was very fortunate enough to have another photo shoot for Bel Scriba and their new line Twinseez! These are the best blankets (Binkeez) you could get/give to someone! We did the boys a few weeks ago and then we got lucky and a set of twin girls called us. They were fantastic and I believe their days of modeling have just begun, sweetie pies! Here is just a sneak peek of some of the images from our day.

Time with The Tanaka's!

The other day I had a studio session with the sweet Tanaka kids. They are one of my Year in Life clients who I love so much! This was only the second time I got to meet the precious little one who only eight months ago was a sweet little newborn. And she's still sweet. Brother wasn't really all that interested in me, but I think we managed to get him in a few. I thought we were going to run out of the natural light that I love so much but I think it all worked out. Looking forward to our next session when she turns 1! I'm pretty sure I will be outside chasing her down then. She won't be standing still for long.

Wind--I Heart Faces

The theme this week over at I Heart Faces (http://www.iheartfaces.com/) is Wind. I remembered this one because I don't know why but its always been one of my favorites. I don't even think the clients chose this one to purchase but there is just something about the way the wind is bringing her hair up and away and the way she is standing makes it look like the wind is really taking her back. I personally love it. I remember this shoot like it was yesterday.

Shadows--I heart Faces

The theme this week over at I heart Faces (http://www.iheartfaces.com/) is Shadows. Sometimes with the sun full force you've to play with shadows during a shoot. I don't think I purposely look for shadows but sometimes you see it and think "wait let me try this" Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Anyway here is one of my attempts!
